I do my best to return all communication in a timely manner. I don’t have a staff so you’ll hear from me directly. It is important to me to do what I say I’ll do.

You bet. During busy season, I aim to complete your tax return within two weeks of receiving your complete information.

I use a secure portal for sending documents, and avoid sending personal info in email attachments.

Yes, I am licensed to file returns in all 50 states.  Besides Idaho, I have clients living in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Illinois, and others.

I am a licensed CPA in Idaho since 2010 and don’t plan on retiring anytime soon. If you’re wondering, it’s an awesome career if you know someone who’s looking into it. I’d be happy to encourage them.

I work in South East Boise near Broadway Avenue. At this time, I’m available for virtual appointments and am happy to meet with you that way.

Phone and email are great. I answer my phone during business hours if I’m not in a meeting with a client. Text is occasionally used for appointment confirmations. Tax questions sent by text will not be answered.

Payment is due upon completion of my services to you.  As I work hard for you, your prompt payment when I send an invoice is appreciated.  Payment by cash, check, ACH, or credit card is accepted.
